15th June 2010 - Exmoor Trim - Sometimes you come across fantastic people. What more can I say about the people from Exmoor Trim. Not only did they provide us with a new pop-up canvas they also gave us new seats for our expedition truck - now we can travel in comfort! A huge thank-you to Julian, John, Jan and everyone else at Exmoor Trim for helping us and being so helpful and friendly.

12th May 2010 - Footballs and other sports equipment for Mongolian children. Please help us by supplying a few of these items to give to the children in Mongolia.

10th May 2010 - A.S Motors - Somerset's friendly mobile car mechanic. What would we have done without you! Alan from ASM has continued to support us with help, advice and most valuable of all his time.

5th May 2010 - Autocar Electrical - the leading elctronic ignition system suppliers. Big thanks to Autocar for supplying us with an Optronic electronic ignition.

21st April 2010 - Children's Film. This short film was made by two of the children who could not wait to travel to Mongolia - so they stole the truck!

29th March 2010 - Mongolian Disaster. Mongolia is suffering one of it's worse natural disasters in decades. In what is called a 'Zud' over two million animals have frozen to death on the plains. We are currently discusing with our Mongolian partners how we can help

15th February 2010 - The Mongolia 2010 expedition organisation is going well. The touring truck, a forward control 1969 series Landrover, has and still is having lots of work done on it to bring it up to spec. Contact with schools and arts organisations in Russia and Mongolia has been going well, with some visits already organised. The groups vaccinations have started and include Hepatitus and Rabies. We are trying to secure some good quality spanners and other tools for our vehicle toolkit, and are also on the look out for some communications equipment.

1st February 2010 - Mpower You magazine has just been launched with articles about empowerment, and how to feel good about yourself. This free online magazine are looking for you to write in with your questions to Charley, the puppet question master.

25th January 2010 - The Anti-ViolenceCampus in Second Life is currently offering free creative empowerment workshops. Role-plays, anti-bullying conferences and a variety of cutting edge presentations are available to book. Get a free account at Second Life, or visit the website for more details.

18th January 2010 - Graffiti artists from Birmingham helped make our touring truck more children friendly

8th January 2010 - Free anti-bullying resources and information available at www.antibullyingweek.co.uk.

1st January 2010 - Actionwork provide a wide range of anti-bullying resources, film-making residencies and creative workshops for schools and local authorities. Actionwork provide theatre-in-education of the highest quality. Local, national and international touring a speciality.

25th November 2009 - Drive For Peace is currently organising a major overland expedition through Europe, Russia, Siberia and Mongolia visiting schools, youth and community centres. Drive For Peace has teamed up with Actionwork to provide creative empowerment workshops run by young people. These sessions, in addition to being fun and educational, demonstrate the positive capabilities of young people to deliver empowering creative workshops that cross cultural barriers.
