Actionwork has developed a new anti-bullying

Anti-Bullying Resource DVD

This brand new DVD was developed especially for anti-bullying week
It contains a collection of short anti-bullying films made by adults
and young people, discussion themes, lesson plan and anti-bullying
ideas and resources. It does not preach or condescend to young people,
is hard hitting, fun and just tells it as it is. Useful for teachers,
youth workers and students. Recommended for people aged over 8 years of age.

Silent Scream Anti-Bullying Resource DVD

This DVD is based upon our award winning show Silent Scream.
It does not preach or condescend to young people, is hard hitting

anti-bullying resource DVD. Although now slightly outdated the

Actionwork Feeling Cards

These feeling cards help children and vulnerable adults identify
and express 22 feelings such as pride, anger, embarrassment, sadness,
disappointment and happiness. Each card has a character expressing
the feeling which appears on two cards. One is printed with the written
emotion and the other is plain so it can be used for exploration and a
variety of games. These Actionwork feeling cards are ideal for emotional
literacy, in therapy, and tackling issues such as bereavement or bullying.

Help raise awareness of bullying and its effects in your school,
youth club or institution. Tell people that you do not tolerate
bullying in your classroom, study, library, hall, or office.
These colourful Bully Free Zone small posters can easily be attached
with blue tak or tape to walls, doors and windows.

We are starting to make selected play scripts freely available to schools. These are plays that we have succesfully toured. Actionwork still tours these plays but if you, for example wanted to use one for a school production you may do so. All we ask is that you credit the authors and Actionwork in your programme and publicity and let us know when and where you are performing them. Please note that if you are a professional company or want to use any of the scripts for profit then you must contact us and get permission from us in writing - there will be a charge for this.
