The red line represents the current 'Village Fence', where people are not supposed to build outside of.
Bleadon Parish Council are charged with protecting the village fence and are not supposed to support any planning permissions for development outside this boundary. Exceptions to this rule are places that have an existing building on the land, such as the new Post Office at Purn Farm, which is outside the village fence.
